Chuck's Chipotle is named after my husband, who definitely enjoys a bit of spice! This blend has the smokey flavor of the chipotle spices with just the right spicy heat. We enjoy Chuck's Chipotle on just about any Mexican food.
Mix with 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Great on potatoes, salad or in a layered bean dip.
