We took our Dill and added a bit more citrus to make the Lemon Dill - this is wonderful sprinkled on a side of fresh salmon in preparation for the grill.
Mix with 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Can be thinned with buttermilk for a dressing or on a baked potato. Sprinkle dry spice on fish or chicken.
Ingredients: dill weed, lemon peel, onion, celery seed, dill seed, pepper, and spices
