Sweet Onion has a flavor all its own - plenty of caramelized onion flavor with a hint of sweetness. This one is best as a dip or on a baked potato.
Mix with 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Can be thinned with buttermilk for a dressing or on a baked potato. Sprinkle dry spice on fish or chicken.
